  We have No fancy clothes,furniture,jewelery or fancy big Blue ribbons hanging on the walls.

However what we do have here is,

I could sit here and type for hours how good Geneart dogs are but at the end of the day you can decide.

We think the dogs we have bred speak for themself.

Monique of geneart was raised on a farm in Adelaide South Australia with kennels that focused on raising,training and racing grey hounds.
As young as 5 yrs old she knew the ins and outs of raising,training feeding and racing the greyhounds.

She has had 20 yrs experience helping the world famous Genetic scientist and dog judge Doctor Allan Robins and his highly dedicated wife of Waterbear Kennels,in their Show dog and all breeds boarding kennel,looking after caring for and grooming Newfoundlands,Akita, Bouvier Des Flanders and family pets.
 She has been a muscle lady for a prominent grey hound breeder and helps all breeds with pain management through massage and therapy.
She has devoted her self to the Sharpei breed for 20 yrs now and find them to be a great little all round breed.
Monique sais "I find the Sharpei breed,if bred,raised and trained correctly to be a loyal and devoted family pet.
After having Sharpei i would not have any other breed as i find them easy going,quiet and very loyal to myself and my family".

WATER

 

Change water completly,then refill.

Make sure its clean,

This is important so the dog dosent get sick with tonsolitis.

Note: Nice clean water ever day is a very important thing to do for your dog. 

 FEEDS

 Feed all natural dog foods.

The average good sized male Sharpei or kelpie sized dog eats .
2 scoops of 'woof bix kibble beef or chicken with rice available only from BigW and made by the American vet association

or Bonny,cobber,coprice or any all natural dry dog food with water and can food,extras if required for weight variation.
If the dog leaves some food ,just cut back the food amount bye quarter a scoop or so the next feed to maintain a healthy appetite.

If you like useing can food or meat as well,like we ,give only 30% can or beef ect to 70% woof bix or similar product.
Use a smaller scoop for a small bitch.
If a dog needs to get heavier,rather than give more than 2 scoops,you now give 12 hour feeds.That helps bulk up a thinner dog,once at a good weight cut back to one feed a day.All dogs like left oversand should be given them but no small bones,for eg if you were giving left over chicken you would not give the bones,only the flesh. 

We use stainless steel bowls for all our dogs ,Never plastic!

We always wash the bowls after each feed and never ever leave the food go stale and old.

All our pups are raised on Pal Padegree puppy dry food soaked with water from the kettle then left in the fridge until soft and cooled.

 COATS

For coat and ear care on top of a good diet,

We highly recommend all dogs and cats wear Advocate spot on.

We also wash the dogs in a hydro bath to stimulate and massage there body and clear away any dirt,

Also gently brush every day with a slicker brush in spring.

 WALKING

We love walking our dogs and make a effort to walk them at least three times a week.

We use good quality collars and made in germany choker chains.

 

BARKING

 
 We will not tolorate barking,We have got strict rules for barking,
 
If some one comes to my house or a rubish truck goes bye or a siren is screaming ,naturaly i dont get mad at the dogs,but i do tell them ,shhh shhh its ok.
 
But if my dog wants to bark with the neighbours dog,i tell him ,noo shhh shhh.,as That is not on,hes in our pack and should stick to my pack rules.
 
Ive found my dogs are quiet from the time spent with them,
 
We pick up the poo and stay out side with the dogs, i will have cuppa out with the dogs and just watch look around the yards,
 
We have them all in the house at once sometimes and have my litters inside allways.

  We recommend,Plenty of exercise ,good food and fresh water,solid wood kennels 
and Acrylic mink blankets in cold climates.
